We work closely with dish in an ongoing capacity to assist with different marketing efforts. We’ve collaborated with the dish team on implementing a new email marketing strategy to increase frequency, engagement & conversion through fresh content & automated email journeys. One of our priorities with this client is to nurture & increase their partnerships, finding the right businesses to collaborate with on different & new cooking class activations. We also focus on their customer’s experience by optimizing & continuing to managing their website.

We collaborated closely with this interior design client to craft an aesthetic and functionally optimized website. From understanding their unique look to implementing seamless navigation, this site was constructed to reflect Chaplin Design Co’s brand identity and engage it’s target audience. Once the site was built, we worked together to make sure they were able to manage their platform independently. We transformed this designer’s vision into a dynamic online presence, enhancing her brand's reach and impact on potential clients.

SQI
SQI is a street-to-piste outerwear brand that sells their sustainable product online internationally. We worked with SQI’s founder to build out their eCommerce site to drive traffic while also creating a seamless shopping & checkout process for their customers.
For their email marketing system, we assessed SQI’s potential customers’ indoctrination into following the brand and determined a need for some automations. This started with a welcome sequence, abandoned cart sequence and post-purchase sequence to complement existing email marketing efforts. With these new touch points, we were able to increase overall open & click through rate and won sales by taking advantage of these new channels.

This brand was looking to elevate & update product packaging to complement new improvements to their product. The design focus for this new product was based on research, customer feedback & a focus on communicating the core pillars of the business; 100% Natural, Chemical Free & Water Free. We took the packaging to the next level with individual use sachets for convenience & cleanliness. We took advantage of the back of packaging to market the brand’s “trust badges” - elements of their business & product that they were most proud of.
